- Rice 3 cups washed and soaked for half an hour
- Fish 4 5 big pieces put some vinegar them and wash after 15 min.
- Onion 2 big size.
- Coriander powder 1tbsp heaped
- Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tbsp
- Salt 1 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric pow8 1/2 tsp
- Zeera powder 1 tbsp
- Cloves 3 in nos
- Whole black pepper 5 in nos
- Cinnamons stick one large stick
- Tomatoes 2 regular size.
- Big green chillies 3
Cut the onion in thin slices keep the pan on stove heat oil and put, all whole garam masala let it cracker add onion, sauté for some time made it change its colour light brownish, then add all masala with a half cup of water
Let it cook for 15 min after that add finely chopped tomatoes and cover with lid for another 15 min, till oil floats on top add some water drain rice and add them to the masala toss them well then add 3 cups of water let it boil on high flame when you see less water in the pan add whole green chillies and put the rice for dum for 15 to 20 min.
- Fish masala
- Red chillies crushed half tbsp
- Red chillies pow 1tbsp
- Salt 1tbsp
- Turmeric powder half tbsp
- Corriander powder 1tbsp
- Oil half cup
- Wash fish nicely with water
Then toss fish in masala, keep aside for some time put a frying pan on stove and heat oil, then slow down the flame and add the fish pieces in it when one side is done turn to other side remove after it’s done if you need to add a little water while frying. Take out rice in the dish and put fish pieces on top serve with salad and Imli Sauce.
Gajar ki Barfi
- Gajar grated 4 cup
- Milk 2 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Elachi powder nuts
- Ghee 1 tbs
- Milk powder 1 cup
In Chef Cookware Karahi add carrots and milk till milk dries, adds sugar, elachi, then again drain all water, and add milk powder and ghee.
Grease a tray with ghee, add the cooked mixture, and cool it.
And cut in desired shape garnish with nuts.
