- 1 Large Onion
- 4 Color Capsicum
- Half Tomato
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Red Crushed Chili
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander powder
- Salt to Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
- 2 Tablespoon Ginger & Garlic Past
- 2 Green Chilies
- 2 Tablespoon Tomato Past
- 1/2 Cup Oil
Today we are going to tell you how to make Chicken Jalfrezi recipe. For this, take 1/2 Kg Boneless Chicken Cut into cubes, Capsicum/ Bell Pepper in different colors and cut into cubes.
Add oil in the pan then fry onion If you don’t want to add Tomato Paste Then don’t add.
Instead, take boil 2-3 tomatoes and peel off their skin grind them and it will be your Tomato Paste.
If you don’t want reddish Jalfrezi, once the onion is light brown then add chicken and cook until it changes color add Ginger & Garlic Paste as well.
Cook until chicken changes color, it turns white then add spices. If you want more spicy then you can increase the chili quantity. Fry it well and add green chili, tomato paste again if you don’t want to add then You can do as I told you.
Now let it cook for 10-12 minutes. After 10-12 minutes, our chicken is almost ready.
Cut vegetables into cubes. You can add only green capsicum if you want! But it looks really good in different colors so the choice is yours. It is not necessary to add all colors. Now cook only for 2-3 minutes.
